Leadership Updates
The Center for a Loving Workplace is excited to announce that it is updating its leadership structure to build the capacity needed for the impact ahead: supporting deeper learning, wider participation, and more sustainable growth.
As part of this evolution:
Rick Gage, former Executive Director, has joined the Board of Directors and continues as a member of the Loving Workplace Principles Project and shepherding the Center’s AI initiative.
Julie Schreiber and Wil Johnson have joined the Board, bringing valuable experience, wisdom, and a longstanding commitment to the mission.
Adam Slade has stepped into the role of Treasurer, focusing on financial stewardship and sustainability, after serving as the Board’s founding president.
Co-founder Renée Smith has stepped off the Board and was appointed by the Board to serve as CEO.
These changes reflect the Center’s commitment to shared leadership, clarity of roles, and practicing the values we teach. We are grateful for the growing community of leaders, learners, and partners who are helping make more loving workplaces possible.
