As a 501(c)(3) non-profit recognized by the Internal Revenue Service of the USA, the organization’s Form 990-N is filed timely each year.

Donations are tax-deductible in the United States. Tax ID Number: 92-3368159.

CLW aligns its values with our accounting team practices and ensures regular meetings and monthly financial close processes are in place, along with annual compliance reviews.

The Board of Directors meets monthly for proper, timely governance of the Center. The Board nominates new board members based on strategic planning and vision for the Center. The Board seeks diverse skills, viewpoints, and experiences, along with commitment to and embodiment of Loving Workplace values, to optimize Board effectiveness and to live the Center’s values.

The Board sets and upholds policies that reflect the highest standards for ethics and operational excellence.
