Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for the Benefit of Human Connection and a Loving Workplace
The Purpose of the AI Project
Develop Artificial Intelligence capability for the Center for a Loving Workplace, to accelerate the Loving Workplace movement and provide a platform on which aligned organizations can develop their own love-centered AI initiatives.
Artificial intelligence is a given. But, what is a love-based approach to AI? And, how will we impact AI tools with Love?
This project will partner with Kinship Systems to create agentic capability for the Center to express, enhance, and accelerate the adoption of Loving Workplace Principles and Practices by individuals, teams, and organizations.
We will also explore the application of our Loving Workplace Principles to the implementation of AI in organizations, an important opportunity to see these in action.
We will document and learn from the initial pilot of AI capabilities by the CLW.
Project Deliverables
By November 14, 2025, this project team will deliver:
An initial set of agentic AI Bot capabilities that express, enhance, and accelerate the adoption of Loving Workplace Principles by individuals, teams, and organizations.
Two white papers - One that explores the application of our Loving Workplace Principles to the implementation of AI in organizations and one that documents the initial pilot of AI capabilities by CLW itself.
A proposal for the next stage of product/program development for artificial intelligence within the Center for a Loving Workplace, including a clear scope, deliverables, and funding requirements.
