Putting Love at the Center of Work

Welcome

In the end, we are all connected.

The fear and isolation, burnout and disengagement, suboptimal results, and high attrition we see in workplaces are all symptoms of forgetting this truth.

The Center for a Loving Workplace advocates that love is not just a value—it's a human technology for leaders, teams, and organizations: a practice, a habit, a strategic choice, and an instrument for workplace transformation, that optimizes human potential, organizational health, resilience, and adaptive capacity.

Love isn’t soft—it’s the strongest force we have within us to bring people together, heal wounds, and create extraordinary results.

By choosing love-not-fear, we don’t just transform organizations; we transform ourselves and the world around us.
